Well for any leader, be that a first-timer or a veteran, it´s vital to explore what comes next and to build the muscle of personal renewal.

Tips from Apurv

Let´s assume that you are an achiever, so there is no risk of “non-delivery” when you “hand in your badge”.

The hard part is to do the introspection, to give yourself the space - like good wine you have to let yourself breathe.

And it´s never about the money – make the excel sheet work for you.

Realise that you change over time and get comfortable with that.
