I am a specialist in leadership transitions. My fascination with this field dates back to 2009 when I became a General Manager myself for the first time. I am intrigued by the fact that only 1 out of 2 leaders succeed, and I am motivated to improve the experience for all concerned; the leaders themselves, their teams and their employers.

Since 2017, I have been working with leaders and their teams and engagements include leadership transitions and senior leadership team development delivered via individual coaching and group facilitation.

Clients appreciate the combination of commercial awareness and behavioural insight, and my focus on results. I guide clients to get to the heart of the issue. I encourage clients to be daring in pursuit of their ambitions, and to recognize the value of life-long learning as part of a continuous journey of discovery.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked for 22 years with Procter & Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser in 6 countries across Europe and Latin America, and served as General Manager in Ireland and Brazil.

And why swim not sink? In my professional life, I´ve witnessed the often ´small margins´ between those who make it and those who don’t, and I´ve always made sure to have “wiser heads” supporting me on the way. And personally, I´m never happier than when I´m swimming in the ocean.
